'The Fairies' Night Before Christmas' School Visit - Burnham School

I had an absolute treat last week with a fun school visit to the junior classes at  Burnham Primary School as part of their book week celebrations. I  was blown away by their amazing art, especially this gorgeous picture of themselves as characters in the book. We chatted about writing and then I  got to hear some of the children's own stories. The commitment the school and children have made to improving their creative writing was easy to see and I loved learning about what they had been doing. I'd love to be invited back again next year.
